MESSAGE

            It is my distinct honor and privilege to extend my sincerest and warmest felicitations to the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator of Lopez, Quezon  for hosting the 2007 Website Upgrading Workshop. This workshop will give participants an overview of the subject and orient on the key principles of effective web design, usability and accessibility and familiarize them with the duties and responsibilities that go with having our official LGU website. It is such an efficient and effective tool that provides first hand information about website upgrading.
